YOU MAY NOW SET UP RECURRING PAYMENTS ONLINE! 
Avoid the inconvenience of having to remember to make payments each month. Follow the steps below to make a payment online. Once you have successfully made a payment, you will have the opportunity to sign up to have your future monthly payments automatically charged to your credit card or debited from your account.  

 

Our website offers secure online payment of your Royal Disposal and Recycle bill via MasterCard, Visa, Discover credit/debit cards, and echecks.

You must use an access code for the initial “set up” of your online customer account. The “access code” is printed on the bottom 1/3 of your statement in the middle of the page. If you do not have this access code, call customer service to receive the access code.

In addition to your “access code,” you will need your email address, a user defined password, the last 4 digits of your SSN and your Royal Disposal Customer Number. Your customer number is printed on the upper 1/3 of your statement on the right-hand side just above the “Amount Enclosed” line. Your customer number is your account number. This number begins with “01-” and is followed by a series of numbers. There is a dash or space before the last number. THE LAST NUMBER IS NOT PART OF YOUR ACCOUNT NUMBER. You will need to leave the last number off when you log into the bill pay system.

FOR EXAMPLE:

if you see 01- 7-9 your customer number is "01-7"
if you see 01- 76 0 your customer number is "01-76"
if you see 01- 789-0 your customer number is "01-789"
if you see 01- 1234 7 your customer number is "01-1234"

 

 

 

 

 

 

Follow these simple steps:

  1. Click the PAY ONLINE link at the top right hand corner.
  2. Select Sign up
  3. Enter customer number as described above (underline = page jump)
  4. Enter access code as described above
  5. Enter your email address; confirm your email address
  6. Enter your password; confirm your password
  7. Choose a Billing Notification Option
  8. Enter the last 4 digits of your Social Security Number
  9. Click on Sign Up
  10. You will see this message: “You have successfully registered. Please sign on with your customer #, email address and password.”
  11. Login to pay your bill:
    1. Select Account Balances from the menu bar at the top of the screen
    2. Specify payment amount
    3. Select the Credit Card Payment

Once your online account is created, you will only need your email address and password to access your account.

To protect the privacy of your personal information, we recommend you close your internet browser.
